Signature date values are limited to the current date, and the active Behaviour Assessment and Intervention Plan section displays as the current section instead of the retired version.

Past and current dates can be entered in the Date Signature Received field in the staff-only area, while future dates are restricted.

High Complex Needs - New Field and integration to PowerSchool SIS

*Plug-In Update Required

A new field on the student’s Special Education profile was added called High Complex Needs. The checkbox cannot be checked if the IEP checkbox is not checked.

• The SP Enrollment profile was updated to include the High Complex Needs field that will pull the value from the Special Education profile.

• The Manage SP Enrollments profile was updated to include the High Complex Needs field.

• The S_ON_SEN_X PS SIS Export Report was updated to include the High Complex Needs field. After the 9.1 model release is deployed, update the plug-in. Download the plugin from PSSP and update the plugin in PSSIS.

Download Plugin from PSSP:
Log in to the database -> Choose Administration → Configuration → Integration tab ->Import Layout tab → More → Continuous Integration Setting → Click the download icon (Download PowerSchool Plugin File) → Generate Plugin File(s) → Download PowerSchool Plugin File
Regenerate Plugin in PSSIS:

1. Log in to PSSIS

2. System Management → Server → Plugin Configuration

3. Click on PowerSchool Special Education plugin

4. Click on Update

5. Upload the downloaded plugin file and click Submit

6. Make sure there are no errors and the plugin is enabled. (Click the checkbox, and a pop-up will appear to enable the plugin)
