Forward notifications of incoming messages to another email account.
Setup Forwarding

Select Communication > Messages.

Click Settings.

Choose an option under Action When Message Is Received:

Send email with full message content (if enabled by district).

Send email notification only (includes a hyperlink to the message).

None (no forwarding).

Optionally, enable Action When Calendar Invite Is Received (staff only).

Enter the forwarding email address.
-
Click Accept.
