Forward Messages

Forward notifications of incoming messages to another email account.

Setup Forwarding

  1. Select Communication > Messages.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Choose an option under Action When Message Is Received:

    • Send email with full message content (if enabled by district).

    • Send email notification only (includes a hyperlink to the message).

    • None (no forwarding).

  4. Optionally, enable Action When Calendar Invite Is Received (staff only).

  5. Enter the forwarding email address.

  6. Click Accept.
