Drop Out Students | PowerSchool Special Programs

This report lists students with an IEP who exited both special education and school during the current school year due to graduation with a regular diploma. It captures students whose special education and enrollment exit dates match and reflect successful completion of their educational program. The report provides insight into graduation outcomes for students receiving special education services.

Submission requirements

This report includes students with an active IEP who exited special education and school on the same date during the current school year. To be included, students must have a special education exit reason indicating receipt of a regular diploma and an enrollment exit reason indicating completion of school. The special education exit date must fall between the first and last day of the school year.

Generate report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.
Click Public Students Report, then click Drop Out Students Report.
Use the drop-down list for the field Organizational Location Filter to select the name of an institution.
Click Update Report with Values.
