The eSchoolPLUS Program records (Early Childhood and School Age) are integration from Special Programs to eSchoolPLUS on a nightly basis at the minimum.
There are 2 reports via the Standard Reports menu which captures all applicable Early Childhood and School Age students along with the program data (Start Date, End Date, Exit Reason and Exit Date).
eSchoolPLUS School Age Program (StudentProgramStatus) Report
This report will include all active and inactive students which has a Special Programs eSchoolPLUS Program record with a Program type of School Age where the end date is blank or the end date value is greater than or equal to 365 days prior to current date.
eSchoolPLUS Early Childhood Program (StudentProgramStatus) Report
This report will include all active and inactive students which has a Special Programs eSchoolPLUS Program record with a Program type of Early Childhood where the student is age 7 or less as of the date the report runs.
Integration to eSchoolPLUS
An integration process is configured which sends the contents of the report to eSchoolPLUS (Programs screen).
