The report includes all student’s (active and inactive) that have a Plan History profile with the IEP type of School Age IEP or School Age Post Secondary IEP where the Plan History IEP start and end dates fall within the 12/1 date indicated in the Globals profile (Special Education School Age (SY) Start Date and Special Education School Age (SY) End Date.

To run the report,

Click Process Schedule button and select Start and End date values.

Select the Processing Method drop-down and select Process Report Now In Foreground.

Click Process Now.
The report will begin to process. The report will display each column with totals.
Right-click and open a new window to view the student-level details.
