Users within 504 Team can view and edit curriculum outlines and setups, manage their caseloads, create private reports, and handle student profiles and documents across the entire system. They are also responsible for overseeing class profiles, district profiles, location profiles, and staff profiles at a system-wide level.
Administrators
Administrators have the ability to view and edit curriculum outlines and setups, manage caseloads, create private reports, and have extensive access to student profiles and documents, class profiles, district profiles, and location profiles. Additionally, they can manage staff profiles, which includes adding and editing staff information, and have the ability to send documents via Digital Signature.
Audiological
The audiological team members are responsible for managing curriculum outlines and setups, as well as their own caseloads. They also create private reports and have system-wide access to student profiles and documents. Additionally, they are able to add, edit, and manage audiological services. Furthermore, they have the capability to manage class, district, and location profiles, and view staff profiles across the entire system.
English language team

They have system-wide access to student profiles and documents, which includes managing English language services.
