A new form, “Discipline Documentation,” is added under the Section 504 category on the Special Programs Document List.

IEP: Form C

The wording in the Graduation portion of Form C section, in IEP has been updated.

The section wording is now compliant with the state form.

Section 504 - Plan

Digital Signature functionality has been enhanced to support Review and Redetermination meetings for Section 504 plans, providing greater flexibility while maintaining compliance requirements.

What’s New

• A new checkbox, “Include Parent Signatures for Acknowledgement for Review/Redetermination”, has been added.

• When Digital Signatures are enabled and this checkbox is selected:

  • Parent/guardian signer options will be available, similar to the Initial meeting workflow.

  • Users can send documents for digital signature and capture acknowledgements electronically.

Behavior Updates

• For Initial 504 Plans, parent consent/acknowledgement remains mandatory (no change).

• For Review and Redetermination:

  • Parent acknowledgement is optional and controlled via the new checkbox.

• The checkbox is not visible in View mode.

Applicability

• This enhancement applies to newly created documents only after this release.

• Existing, non-finalized documents will continue to follow the previous behavior.

Behavior Intervention Plan

With the addition of new rows on the Quarterly Review section of the Behavior Intervention Plan now includes six rows with consistent validation and data persistence functionality.

SPEDSM-140542

IEP: Services

In the Services section of the IEP, the page item “Program Modifications and Accommodations” incorrectly referenced “Alternate Form F”, while the IEP section menu only includes “Form F.”

The label has been updated to “Form F” to align with the IEP section menu.

This update removes confusion and ensures consistent terminology across the IEP.
