SPEDSM-145060

New EdPlan Export to PowerSchool SIS

A new data export has been added to support transmitting EdPlan data from PSSP to PowerSchool SIS. The export includes IDT values for record identification and exports empty strings instead of NULL values to ensure compatibility with PowerSchool SIS import processing.

Note: After the SIS 26.7.2.0 release, users would have to update their plugins

IEP Statewide Assessment: Exemption Decisions Now Visible for Alternate Assessment

In the Oregon IEP Statewide Assessment section, the Exemption Decisions (identify appropriate domains) area now remains visible when Alternate: Extended Assessment is selected under English Language Proficiency (ELPA). Previously, selecting this option would hide the Exemption Decisions area.

Medicaid Profile: Retired Fields Hidden

Updated the Oregon Medicaid profile to hide retired fields that were still displaying. The profile now only shows current, active fields.

Medicaid Document: ParentCopyDate Field Now Optional

The ParentCopyDate field in the Medicaid Written Consent to Access Public Insurance section is now optional when finalizing the document.

Previously, documents could not be moved to Final status if this field was left blank.

Updated Import Layout for Attending School Institution Identifier

A new alternate field has been added to align the EdPlan report with PowerSchool SIS for the Attending School Institution Identifier.

The system now checks the S_OR_STU_X/S_OR_REN_X AttndSchlInstID fields first, then falls back to the school Alternate School Number, and finally reports the SchoolID if no other values are available.

Automated Nightly Sync for Abbreviated School Day Profile Updates

A nightly update process now automatically syncs the Abbreviated School Day document Step-Up Plan return date to the student profile Program End Date.

Users no longer need to un-finalize and re-finalize the document to update the profile after editing the date field post-finalization.

IEP Notice of Team Meeting: Other Purpose Option Added

An Other checkbox and accompanying text field (100 characters) has been added under The Purpose of This Meeting Is To in the Oregon IEP Special Education Notice of Team Meeting section.

The text field is conditionally required when Other is selected, allowing staff to specify a custom meeting purpose.

Admins Can Now Edit ServiceCategory and Languages Keyword Tables

Resolved an issue where administrators were unable to add or modify custom keywords in the ServiceCategory and Languages keyword tables.

The Made InUse column is now set to allow ADMIN editing for both custom and non-custom keywords in these tables.

Medicaid Document No Longer Writes Inverted Consent to Profile

Resolved an issue where finalizing the Medicaid document wrote an inverted parent consent value (Disagree instead of Agree) to the student profile.

The document actions have been corrected to reference the active Written Consent to Access Public Insurance~2024 section instead of the retired section.

Annual Goals Now Copy from Previous IEP

Resolved an issue where Annual Goals failed to copy when creating a new IEP using the Copy from Previous Document option.

The Prevent Copying from This Section property has been corrected on the Progress Report section that was inadvertently blocking goal data from being copied.

Digital Signature Error on Oregon Eligibility Document

Resolved an issue where staff received a 'Fill in and verify the required fields' error during digital signature on the Oregon Eligibility document, even when the Agree/Disagree option was already selected.

The trigger formula in the Speech-Language Impairment section has been corrected.
