Review Security Groups

Sign in as a security administrator.

  1. Choose Administration, then Security.
  2. Click Expand Groups. Review access privileges for each group. Refer to Manage Security Groups for more information.

    Uncategorized groups appear at the top, followed by categories created in your district.
  3. To view the privileges, members, and document templates of a group, click the required security group.
  4. To edit group privileges, click Edit Properties/Privileges.
  5. To view and manage member access privileges, click Members.
  6. To view and manage group access to documents, click Document Templates. To edit a document, click Select Template/Category and choose the required template or category.
