Updates to the Eligibility profile

Enhanced the Eligibility profile with improved date tracking and data accuracy. A new optional and editable Reevaluation Eligibility Date field has been added. The Initial Eligibility Date now updates only from the most recent Eligibility Summary with a meeting type of Initial. In contrast, the Reevaluation Eligibility Date updates only from the most recent Re-evaluation meeting. The system ensures accurate population of both fields without overwriting across meeting types.

Updates to Services profile

• Added a calculated field "% SpEd Service" to the Services profile, which displays at the profile level for all services and flows from the IEP Services – LRE – Placement section.

• The column order in the summary view of the Services profile is now aligned with customer expectations, and data flows from IEP to the profile only when the IEP document is active.

Document IDT display for profile documents

Document ID is displayed consistently across Service, Accommodation, and Eligibility Profile documents,ts and on the main documents screen for identification and reference.
