LPN Chart Note Document - Make this section as repeating

The LPN Chart Notes section will be updated to function as a repeating section, similar to the Goals section. This will allow staff to create multiple chart note records for a single student.

Consolidate Goal Progress Tracking into Goal Section

To improve usability, staff will now be able to view and track the progress of each goal within the same section, eliminating the need to switch between multiple sections.

• Shifted the entire Progress section into the Goal section for seamless tracking.

• Moved the Progress Report header and Progress Report Date to follow the Develop Goals area in the Present Levels, Goals, Strategies section.

• Moved Review Date and Comments into the Goal section.

• Moved the Child template for Instructional Strategies and Supports Provided into the Goal section.

• Moved the checkbox and description “Final IPP, do not create a revision” to the bottom of the Goal section in the Present Levels, Goals, Strategies area.

Corrected Position Display for Staff Lookup

When a staff member is selected using the Staff Name lookup, the Position dropdown will now correctly display Speech – Language Pathologist instead of Speech Correctionist/Language.
