SPEDSM-117580 | IEP - Assessment Accommodations: IAR Accommodations | Accommodations under the "State Assessments" heading for IAR assessments will now align with state requirements. A user message will trigger if staff select a Science accommodation but do not select anything in the IAR accommodation table for Grade 5 or 8 students. Note: There is no separate accommodations table for Science accommodations. The state can use the same IAR accommodation table for eligible Grade 5 or 8 Science students. |
SPEDSM-117762 | Eligibility Report Document | Retired the 'Eligibility Determination – All Other Disabilities' section and created a copy, renaming it to 'Eligibility Determination – Non SLD~2025.' Due to character limitations, the original section name could not be retained. Key Changes: The "Determinant Factors" in the SLD Eligibility Determination and Non-SLD Eligibility Determination sections now function independently. Updates to determinant factors in one section will no longer affect the other.

SPEDSM-117774 | Years Keyword Table | Administrators can now add, edit, and remove years in the Years keyword table. Changes made to the keyword table will be immediately reflected in the Conference Summary Report section. Year values have been added up to 2040 as requested by the state; administrators will manage future years beyond this.

SPEDSM-117828 | 504- Written Notice/Consent Document | When DS is Enabled: The DS option checkbox will be editable. Parents will receive the document electronically for digital signing. When DS is Disabled: The process will switch to manual, requiring printed signatures. |
SPEDSM-118251 | IAR Accommodations - New Profile | Created a new profile called IAR Accommodations. This profile will have Assessments, Eligible tests, Testing Format, Accommodations and Expected values. Data will automatically flow from the IEP - Assessment Accommodation section, IAR accommodation area to the profile upon saving. The setting *"Allow Users With Only Edit Rights To Launch Live Transfer Documents"* is now set to No—users must have Create Document rights. This Profile will be ready only.
Security: To view this profile in the UI, staff must be added to the appropriate security group to access this child profile. |
SPEDSM-118252 | IAR Accommodations- New Report | A new report category called *"IAR Accommodations"* has been created. The report does not require any selection criteria. Report column data will automatically flow from the student profile - IAR Accommodations. Any changes in the profile will be reflected in the report without manual updates.
Security: To view this report in the UI, staff must be added to the appropriate security group to access the report. Once the security group has been added, please follow the steps below to enable the report for the staff: Steps: Navigate to the IAR Accommodations Report. Click on the Security option. Enable access for the specific security group(s) the staff member belongs to, or grant access to all relevant groups as needed. Once access is granted, the report will become visible to the staff member.

SPEDSM-118590 | 504 Plan Document - Follow-Up Meeting Date | The Follow-Up Meeting Date will now be calculated as three years from the 504 Meeting Date instead of one year. The field will remain editable, allowing staff to make corrections if needed.
