SPSM-IN_25.7.0.0 Release Notes

This is the baseline version for Special Programs Indiana.

In this version, we are deploying Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) within the Special Programs and laying the groundwork for managing IEPs and ILPs as prescribed by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE).

Key capabilities for compliance, collaboration, and student-centered planning include:

• Ability to track the Eligibility Records Profile.

• Support for Section 504 plans.

• Built-in forms for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Special Consideration and Behavior.

• Functionality to create and track essential communications with parents, such as Opt-in Letter, Refusal Letter, and Consent for Medicaid

• Ability to generate Diagnostic reports, IDOE compliance reports, and IDOE Public Reports.

• Support for Digital Signature.

This user guide is designed to assist users in districts and schools within IDOE in using the Special Programs application with ease.
