eSchoolPLUS Student Contact Import Layouts

Resolved issues with eSchoolPLUS Student Contact Import Layouts so that Emergency Contacts are now copied correctly under the Student Demographics profile.

Upon import, the Emergency Contact will be updated in the Student Contacts profile and copied to the Student Demographics profile with the Emergency Contact checkbox selected.

ETR School Age Planning Form PR-06

Made the following changes to the ETR School Age Planning Form PR-06 form:

• The form is updated to support signatures for students above 18 years with parents/guardians.

• The form user interface is updated to accommodate the list of signers on the form.

• These changes will only apply to newly created forms after this release. All existing forms will retain the previous format, and student signatures with parent/guardian will not be supported.

Resolved the typo in the menu option for creating the revision of the FBA form. The button now displays "Create Revision of This Document.”

Individual Eduction Plan - LRE/Assessments & Transfer Notification sections, Special Education Info Profile

• Updated the IEP form's LRE/Assessment section to display the correct Oct 31 IEP Outcome LRE description alongside the Outcome Code presented in braces.

• Fixed the Transfer Notification section of IEP and the Special Education Information profile to show the complete description on the dropdowns for the October 31 LRE.

Individualized Education Program(IEP) - Translations

The IEP form has been improved to enable translation into languages using the Right-to-Left script. Specifically, the resolution addresses the translation of Yes/No checkboxes on the IEP Cover Page.

Individualized Educatipon Program (IEP) - Meeting Participants

Made the following changes to the IEP- Meeting Participants section:

• On the IEP Meeting Participants section, the user must add the Intervention Specialist unless the student has Speech Language Impairment as their disability.

• For students with disabilities other than speech-language impairment, the intervention specialist must save the section.

• Intervention specialists will now be optional participants in IEP meetings for students with Speech Language Impairment.

Section 504 Plan - Student Signature

Made the following changes to the Section 504 Plan form:

• Students who are 18 years old or older and are responsible for themselves will have the opportunity to electronically sign the Section 504 Plan document.

• Students who are 18 or older must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to sign the consent form.

• The consent section language has been updated to address the student directly when signing the document.

• Student signatures and language changes will only apply to newly created forms after this release. All existing forms will remain in the older format and will not support student signatures.

Section 504 Plan Form, Section 504 Profile

Made the following changes to the Section 504 profile and the Section 504 Plan form:

• A new field named Date of Most Recent Amendment is added to the Section 504 profile.

• When the Section 504 Plan is revised, the Date of Most Recent Amendment will be updated upon finalization of the amended plan only.

• The Date of Section 504 Accommodation Plan will hold the original 504 Plan Date.

• Resolved the issue with Dataflow for the revision 504 plan document, where the revision Meeting Date was updated to the Date of Section 504 Accommodation Plan, overriding the original plan date.

• The Next Review Date will be calculated based on the original Date of Section 504 Accommodation Plan.

• When a new Section 504 Plan form is created and finalized, the Date of Most Recent Amendment will be cleared form the profile.

Service Plan Form, Special Education Information Profile

Made the following changes to the Special Education Information profile and Service Plan form:

• The Special Education Information profile now includes two new fields to hold the Service Plan Date and Annual Review Date.

• A new field, Service Plan Date, has been added to the Compliance Timelines section under Special Education Information. The Service Plan Date is now editable in the profile.

• Service Plan document is updated to flow the Plan Date to this new field when the form is finalized.

• A new field for the Service Plan Annual Review Date will display the next review date for the plan. The date will be calculated as one year minus one day from the Service Plan Date. The review date will be read-only on the profile

Services Plan PR-07 form - Goals/Objective

Updated all the text fields in the Goals/Objectives section of the Service Plan form to stylized textboxes, which support all formatting needs for the details to be added.

Timeframe Keyword Table

Made the following changes to the Timerame keyword table:

• Added a keyword, "After Graduation", to the Timeframe keyword list. The changes will be reflected on IEP & Service Plan forms in the Goals section for time frame selection.

• The Timerame keyword table is not editable by administrators, preventing them from managing and customizing the keyword list.
