• Removed Student Name and Date of Birth from the top strip.

• Renamed "Address" to "Student Address" in the Information/Demographics section.

• Aligned "Applicable" and "N/A" values correctly under the Third Grade Reading Guarantee label.

• Updated the data flow from the finalized document to the Demographics profile section.

• In the Exemptions section, made "Applicable" or "N/A" checkbox selection mandatory.

DocuSign Status and DocuSign Incomplete Form Reports

• A new report called DocuSign Incomplete Forms is now available.

• This report shows students whose final status documents have been sent or delivered through DocuSign but are not yet completed.

• The existing DocuSign Status Report continues to show only students with at least one completed DocuSign final document. Students with documents only in "Sent" status will not appear in the existing DocuSign Status Report.

• Students with no DocuSign Sent or Completed forms will not appear in either report.

DeliveryMethod keyword

• The Delivery Mode field in the Section 504 profile section is now mapped to the DeliveryMethod keyword table instead of the DeliveryModes keyword table.

• The DeliveryModes keyword table has been renamed to Old_DeliveryModes.

• Validated that the following documents now map the relevant fields to the DeliveryMethod keyword table:

  • Section 504 - Plan

  • Written Notice/Consent

  • Parents Rights

• Configured the IEP REVIEW area in the Signature page for Parent 2, 3, and 4 for DocuSign and Digital Signature.

• If Parent 1 cannot sign the documents (and does not have Receives Mailings checked), the parent who signs the rest of the document can now also sign the IEP REVIEW area.

• When a user creates or edits an existing Transfer Notification document with Accept IEP/SP and ETR as written, Accept ETR but modify IEP/SP, or Order New Evaluations, the following fields are correctly handled in the data flow:

  • Secondary Planning (including Not Applicable)

  • Has the team determined that ESY services are necessary?

• The data flow is properly reflected in the EMIS profile section for the above fields.

• For the TETR date type, if Secondary Planning is selected as Not Applicable, '****' is displayed in the EMIS Profile section as expected.

• Created a new report called Related Services Export.

• The report is categorized under PowerSchool Export Reports.

• The report criteria ensure that Program Code and Integration IDT are not empty.

• The report includes the following columns:

  • Building IRN

  • EMIS Student ID Number

  • Program Code

  • Employee ID

  • Program Provider IRN

  • Program Enrollment Start Date

  • Program Enrollment End Date

• Data for the report is pulled from the EMIS profile section.
