Confirmation of Continued Identification and Placement

• Corrected the document to display the Parent/Guardian name along with the Student name in the Salutation for students aged 16 and above. Previously, Parent/Guardian names were suppressed.

• Additionally, Parent/Guardian names are now configured to sign the document along with students aged 16 and above.

Invitation Letter

Made the following changes to the Invitation Letter:

• Updated the Invitation Letter document to display the Parent/Guardian information in the Salutation based on the Receive Letter functionality.

• Changed the age criteria to address the letter to the students, from 18 years to 16 years.

• Corrected the document to display the Parent/Guardian name instead of just the label along with the Student Name when the student is 16 and above.

Service Capture - New

• Added the standard Service Capture feature to the Ontario Model. This feature allows staff to log Service Capture records for specific services provided to students, such as Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Hearing, etc.

• The Service Capture record includes the following details:

  • Staff

  • Service

  • Service Type

  • Service Start Date Time

  • Service End Date Time

  • Duration Minutes

  • Session Size

  • Service Setting

  • Diagnosis Code

  • Comments

  • Completed

• Added the Service Provider Role field in the Staff Profile. This allows users to filter the Services based on the role while adding a Service Capture record.

• The following new keyword tables have been added for capturing the details of Service Type, Service, Diagnosis Code and Service Setting:

  • SupportService

  • ProviderType

  • DiagnosisCodes

  • ServiceSetting

SPEDSM-112381

Service Capture - New Report

Added a new report titled "Completed Services" to the Service Capture reports folder. This report displays all the services logged and completed by staff.

SP Enrollment

Changes to the Manage SPEnrollments Script:

• Whenever the script attempts to insert an Exit Date into the SP Enrollment Record, if the exit date is earlier than Enter date, for example, the student’s Enrollment Exit Date on the Student Information profile, it will not insert the exit date into the SP Enrollment record.

• Added a validation in the SP Enrollment profile to prevent the users from entering an Enter Date greater than the Exit Date.
