We added a safer way for authorized non-admin staff to correct finalized IEP Progress Reports—without granting them full Admin access. Introduced a new security group, “Progress Report Unfinalization”, so members (and Administrators) can unfinalize, edit, and re-finalize IEP Progress Reports, while non-members are blocked with an appropriate permission. The system would continue to error; audit logging to record the correct user for these actions. The staff who need permission to unfinalize the Progress report should be added to the newly created group “Progress Report Unfinalization.” |

Resolved a layout issue in the IEP Progress Report where an unusually long comment in the first row of the Measurable Annual Goal table could stretch/distort the table, shrinking the Date/Comments columns below and making the section harder to read. The table now maintains a consistent, readable column layout (aligned with the Measurable Objectives table) across Edit, View, and Print modes. |

Resolved an issue where creating a new Individualized Education Program (IEP) could incorrectly pre-fill the Meeting Date from the student profile’s latest IEP Date. The Meeting Date will be blank on the new IEP being created, and the user must add a date. When a new IEP is created, the Most Recent Eval Date under the IEP Information section of the document will be pre-populated with the most recent re/eval date from the Special Education Information profile. |

We fixed a missing field in the IEP Individualized Postsecondary Transition Plan so teams can capture supporting narrative without workarounds. Added the missing (optional) stylized textbox under the Item 1 checkboxes in the Individualized Postsecondary Transition Plan section, so staff can enter additional details as expected. |
