IEP - Goals

We've upgraded how document settings are handled to ensure your student data remains consistent and visible, regardless of administrative changes.

• Document-Level Goal Wizard Control: To prevent data loss when global settings change, we've moved the "Goal Wizard" toggle from a global setting to a document-level option, ensuring that existing IEPs, Progress Reports, and Snapshots always display the correct fields based on when they were created. The ‘Goal Wizard’ behavior option on the IEP document template determines the user interface of the goal section on IEP.

IEP - Meeting Participants

We've enhanced our digital signature workflows to ensure every meeting participant, including external partners, can easily verify their attendance and documentation.

• Digital Signatures for Guest Translators: To ensure full compliance during IEP meetings, we've updated the Utah State Model to allow manually entered (non-lookup) Translators and Interpreters to provide digital signatures just like internal staff members.

IEP - Progress Report

We're bringing more flexibility to your reporting by enabling rich text capabilities, allowing for clearer and more expressive student progress documentation.

• Stylized Text for Progress Reports: To provide more descriptive and formatted feedback, we've enabled stylized text options—including image insertion—across Progress Report comments, Measurable Annual Goals, and Measurable Objectives.
