Updates to the ‘Participation State & Division-Wide Accountability’ section of the IEP

1. In the ‘Participation State & Division Wide Accountability’ section of the IEP, ‘Board of Education Approved Substitute’ is now renamed as ‘Other’.

2. This change is now reflected in both the Assessments profile and the State Assessments report.

3. Mandatory text field (displays after ‘Other’ is selected in ‘Participation State & Division Wide Accountability’ section of IEP) now appears in the profile, as mentioned earlier, as well as the report.

Updates to the 'Section 504 - Meeting Notice and Invitation' document

1. ‘Conference Participants (Name and Title)’ area in 'Section 504 - Meeting Notice and Invitation' document is now removed. The old section is now retired, and a new section with updated changes has been added.

2. The ‘Participants’ area in the above document is now updated to the same as what is currently being displayed in the ‘Participants’ area in the IEP Meeting Notice document.
