SPEDSM-110720 | Document: Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice | Within the 'Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice' section, when the checkbox for withdrawing a child from the assessment process is selected on the 'Assessment Plan Signature Page,' the Student profile field 'PlanType' should be automatically set to 'None' upon finalization of the document. |
SPEDSM-110722 | Document: Individualized Education Program | The system now prevents setting future dates for IEP Amendment Dates. Users were previously able to select future dates for IEP Amendment Dates, but they are now restricted to choosing the current date or earlier. This update ensures that all IEP Amendment Dates align with the present date or earlier. |
SPEDSM-110826 | Document: Individualized Education Program | The document IEP section 'Signature and Parent Consent' now requires parent signatures when saving and finalizing. Previously, the document could be saved without requiring the parent’s signature date. |

Previously, the Team Action area for the revision was appearing below the Team Action area from the original document. |
SPEDSM-111081 | Document: Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice | The Assessment Plan section of the Assessment Plan document is now updated to not be required when the option 'District Deems Assessment Not Needed and Prior Written Notice Sent' is checked. Previously, this section remained mandatory even when the mentioned option was selected. |
SPEDSM-111185 | Document: Interim Placement Form | In a revision of the 'Interim Placement Form' document, the admin user would be able to edit the 'Last Eval' field. This was not possible earlier. |
SPEDSM-111291 | Update Script: Maintain SWDS Records | The Maintain SWDSRecords update script has been modified to ensure that when a student on Part C does not require a Part B evaluation, a new SWDS record with specific requirements is created. Currently, the script does not consider these requirements. |
SPEDSM-111293 | Update Script: Maintain CALPADSPlans | The update script now correctly sets the 'District of Special Education Accountability' in the CALPADS Plans profile and the Services profile to the District of Enrollment for students marked with 'Interdistrict DSEA' on the Demographics page. Previously, the script was pulling the District of Residence from the Students table for this field. |

SPEDSM-112038 | Document: Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice | The message has been changed from "Parent/Guardian who respond should also understand the Notice of Procedural Safeguards" to "Parent/Guardian who respond should also indicate their understanding of the Notice of Procedural Safeguards by ticking the box." The behavior has also been changed so that the error message appears before sending the document for signature. |
SPEDSM-112115 | Document: Individualized Education Program | The Initial IEP process now includes a rule for Referral when transitioning to the Final Attempt with no response from the parent. This enhancement allows staff to initiate a new IEP Referral after the Initial Process has been halted due to a lack of parent response. |

SPEDSM-114331 | Service Start and End Dates Reset | Changes have been implemented in the Individualized Education Program document to ensure that the start and end dates of the services provided to a student do not reset when a document is signed digitally. |
