504: Written Notice/Consent - PS Digital Signature

We've introduced a more efficient way for Idaho school districts to handle parent consent by bringing digital signatures to the 504 Written Notice/Consent document. This update eliminates the need for physical paperwork while ensuring a secure and compliant electronic process.

• Streamlined Digital Signatures for Parent Consent: To modernize the consent process, we enabled digital signature support for the "Notice of Proposal" option within the Idaho 504 Written Notice/Consent document, allowing up to four parent/guardian signers to provide electronic authorization.

• Flexible Hybrid Signature Options: To ensure no district is left behind, we maintained the existing manual signature workflow as the default, giving staff the flexibility to switch between digital and paper-based signatures as needed.

• Enhanced Document Security and Organization: To improve data integrity, we updated the document structure so that core consent sections become read-only once finalized, while moving administrative "Office Use" fields to a separate editable section, available on the flyout.
