Student Profile

We’ve updated our validation logic to reflect real-world scenarios better, making data entry faster and more intuitive.

To provide more flexibility during data entry, we’ve updated the Idaho model to allow the "Date Initial Evaluation Consent Received" and "Initial Eligibility Date" to be the same without triggering an error.

IEP: Graduation Considerations

To simplify the IEP process and align with state-endorsed standards, we removed the "district alternate mechanism" graduation option. The changes will be applied only to documents created after this release.

IEP will have only two options for graduation considerations going forward.

Updates to the evaluation timeline from 60 to 45 days (starting July 1, 2026)

We've updated our evaluation tracking to ensure your district stays perfectly aligned with the latest Idaho state mandates.

  • Stay compliant with new Idaho state mandates
To ensure alignment with new state regulations, we updated the evaluation timeline from 60 days to 45 days for all initial evaluations starting July 1, 2026.

  • The system will automatically preserve all earlier records (evaluations before July 1, 2026) using the 60-day logic.

Bug Fix Summary

SPEDSM-138836

Consent to Invite Transition Agency Personnel

To ensure accurate digital signatures on transition documents, we corrected the configuration so the staff member's last name is correctly displayed instead of the student's.

IEP: Goals - Copying data from previous IEP

We’ve streamlined how information flows between documents to ensure educators have the data they need without the manual rework. By removing restrictive copying properties, we're making it easier than ever to maintain consistent student records across different IEP sections.

To ensure student goals are consistently maintained, we enabled the automatic copying of the PLAAFP/Goals section from previous documents into new IEPs.

Eligibility Report

To keep your student records accurate and up-to-date, we’ve fixed an issue in the Idaho model where disability information wasn't automatically appearing on student profiles after an Eligibility Report was finalized.
