IEP - ESY Section

• A new column named ESY to ServicesTable was added

  • This column will be set as default to ‘YES’ for all services.

  • Only Admin users can change the value to ‘NO’ if needed.

  • The field cannot be left blank.

    • Users cannot save the document until one of the options is selected for the field.

IEP Document - Form F: Classroom Accommodations~2021 and Services sections

1. Enabled admin editable options for the following keyword tables:

   1. FormFLocations,

   2. Frequency,

   3. FormFAccoms,

   4. ServicesTable, and

   5. ServicesLocations.

2. Auto-populate the Begin and End date options from the cover page and made them optional.

Prior Written Notice Document

• Students aged 18 or above can sign their PWN without interruptions or system errors.

• Added a student signature area for students aged 18 or more in both the following cases:

  • Consent Required

  • Consent Not Required.

• The option ‘Consent is Not Required’ is now optional under the signature area; if any checkbox options are selected in the ‘Consent is not required for these actions to be carried out'.

Excusal of IEP Team Form

• A new Excusal of IEP Team document now includes a long text field for the Reason for Excusal, replacing the dropdown.

• This allows for detailed input for the selected student.

• The old section and fields are retired in the new document.

• Existing documents remain unchanged – the dropdown field is still available to prevent data loss.

Review of Existing Data Document

Users can now select multiple eligibility subcategories using the repeated row functionality. The existing subcategory field remains, with an option to add extra subcategories below it.

Student’s profile - Demographics/Enrollment/Contact Info

• Created the new profile field ‘DistrictEnrollExitReason’ for ‘District Enrollment Exit Reason' in the Student’s profile -Demographics/Enrollment/Contact Info and keyword table DistrictEnrollemntExitCode is mapped to it.

• The custom and non-custom codes from the keyword table are displayed in the respective profile (District Enrollment Exit Reason)

Added a new long text field that appears when ‘Evaluation Held within Required Timelines (including acceptable extensions, if applicable)’ is selected as YES.
