Two sections, "Addl Services Child & Youth Team" and "Addl Services Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy," along with their associated checkboxes and actions, have been removed from the ESS Request for Services and the ESST Action Plan in the newly created documents, while the existing documents remain unchanged.
