Personalized Learning Plan [APLP] and ESS Request for Services [ESSTeam]

Updated section configuration in the Personalized Learning Plan ([APLP]) and ESS Request for Services ([ESSTeam]) templates by enabling the "Add Remove Via Workflow Only" section property for workflow-dependent sections.

With this update:

• Workflow-governed sections are no longer available for manual selection or removal during the New Document Setup step or via Set Document Sections.

• Sections are now dynamically added or removed strictly via the document workflow controller options and checkboxes (e.g., selecting the appropriate PLP type or ESS request options).

• Ensures accurate data capture and eliminates reporting discrepancies caused by sections existing without the corresponding reporting checkboxes being selected.
