Profile: NJ SMART renamed to NJ SLEDS

The NJ SMART profile section and all related references, including hover-over messages and field descriptions, were updated to NJ SLEDS to meet naming requirements.

• The section will now display the Goal marking period header and Objective marking period header regardless of if any marking period information has been entered.

• The progress report key was removed as the progress report displays the full descriptions of the drop-down values.

The Eligibility Report requires four participant roles(General Ed Teacher, Special Ed Teacher, Child Study Team member, and School Rep) to be indicated, with a notification provided if any role is missing.
