Changes to AVTPN, ELPSS, and PDIRA documents

AVTPN

• Enlarged the textbox for improved usability.

• Removed the add/remove feature for progress notes and reporting dates.

ELPSS

• Removed the "Active" label.

PDIRA

• Removed the following questions:

  • “What transportation options, including parent/guardian transport, have been explored?”

  • “Why are these options not suitable for the student?”

• Replaced the verification statement.

• Added required information from AAT to the end of the template, aligning with compliance requirements.
