Document Delivery

The Documents Delivery profile records are created from when the user finalizes a student’s document. The data flows from the Office Use Only section of the document. The profile is used to refer to the method and date in which the student’s document was provided to the parent/guardian. The profile data should not be manually edited from the profile itself but rather it should be managed from the applicable document.

Purpose:

  • To maintain an audit trail of documents delivered to the applicable members of the team.

  • To provide evidence during state monitoring or due process hearings.

The profile consists of the following fields:

Documents Delivery

Date Of Delivery

The date on which the document was delivered.

Flows from the applicable document (Office Use Only section) upon finalization and inserts the Document Delivery profile record.

Document Date

Based on each document (e.g. IEP document will display the IEP meeting date. EPC document will display the date provided to parent.

Mode Of Delivery

The method in which the document was sent to the relevant parties. Select the method through which the document was delivered. Values such as Emailed, Fax, Mailed)

Source Document

The name of the document that was finalized (e.g. IEP, NOC, NOA).
