Create

Navigate to the Eligibility History Record using the flyout menu.

Click Add New Eligibility History Record link.

Add new details. Ensure mandatory fields are filled in.

Click Accept Changes.
Edit

Navigate to the Eligibility History Record using the flyout menu.

Click the magnifying glass
icon for the entry you want to edit. -
Click Edit
icon. Alternatively, click the pencil icon to edit. -
Make necessary changes.

Click Accept Changes.
Delete
