The eSchoolPLUS Programs profile is used to send data to the eSchoolPLUS Programs area. The profile maintains the Early Childhood Program and School Age Program records.
During the initial implementation of Special Programs, the PowerSchool team will perform a one-time data seeding which will import the student’s open/active Early Childhood or School Age Program record and inserts it into the student’s eSchoolPLUS Program profile in PSSP.
Once the initial seeding has been completed and all special education students have the program record in Special Programs, then Special Programs will be the authoritative source of the program data going forward.
The Special Programs eSchoolPLUS Programs profile is not manually updated by any user. Special Programs will automatically, based on daily processing script, insert or close out (updates exit date and reason) based on special education workflow.
