The Assessment Type dropdown in the Assessment Section of the Individualized Education Program includes the following options:

• Amira

• mClass with DIBELS Edition 8 and mClass Lectura

This is available for students in kindergarten through grade two.

A warning directs users to create a new Referral or Initial document when the Revocation of Consent Date field is populated and no Referral document has been created within the previous 90 days.

Based on the ‘No Parent Response’ selection, the ‘Safeguards’ and ‘Local Education Agency (LEA) Medi-Cal Billing Option’ values will now be automatically set to ‘No Response’.

When parents do not provide consent or there is no parent response in an initial IEP, the Annual Review due date, Assessment Plan Due Date, and Re Eval Due Date fields on the profile do not populate.

Transition Plan Criteria Update

The "Alternate Assessment Decision-Making Tool" has been removed as the criteria for a Transition Plan when Alternate Pathway Diploma is selected, instead the criteria has been changed to whether the student is being considered for the California Alternate Assessment from the Special Factors section.

Under the Major Life Activities section of the Section 504 Plan document a column named Accommodation Category has been added.

Also a keyword table AccommodationCategory has been created to include the following values:

Document creation is restricted if the student has an enrolment exit date, the anticipated review date is automatically calculated as 30 days after the plan receipt date but remains editable.

A new Behavior Intervention Plan has been created under the Other Template Category.

Corresponding field has been added to the SPED Profile to indicate if a BIP document is completed
