OSSE Part B
Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) offers services and support to children and youth with disabilities, ranging from 3 to 21 years old. In the District of Columbia, Part B ensures that qualified students receive a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) designed to meet their individual needs, preparing them for higher education, employment, and independent living.
