EL Caseload Report
The EL Caseload Report tracks and monitors the number of English Learners (ELs) assigned to special education staff members.
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, ELL Reports, and then select EL Caseload Report.
Selection criteria
Include all students listed as an English Learner in their profile.
Include only students with a finalized ILP.
Field description

STN/ID | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {StateID} | The system will display the STN of the student. |
First Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {FirstName} | The system will display the First Name of the Student. |
Middle Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {MiddleName} | The system will display the Middle Name of the student. |
Last Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {LastName} | The system will display the Last Name of the student. |
DOB | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {BirthDate} | The system will display the student's Birth Date. This should display in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
Current Grade | In | Profile > Student Information > Enrollment Information > {Grade} | The system will display the student's Current Grade. |
Gender | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {Gender} | The system will display the student's Gender. |
Student Language | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {StudentLanguage} | The system will display the student's Primary Language. |
Country of Origin | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > EL Referral and Placement > {CountryOfOrigin} | The system will display the student's Country of Origin. |
EL Status | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > EL Referral and Placement > {ELStatus} | The system will display the student's EL Status. This report should only have students that EL Status = English Learner. |
Overall English Proficiency Level | In | Profile > WIDA Assessment > Access Score > Composite Proficiency Level | The system will display the student's latest Overal English Proficiency Level. This should be the most recent by the date of the score. This should be the Composite Proficiency Level under the WIDA Assessment Scores. |
EL Teacher of Record | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > EL Referral and Placement > {ELTeacher} | The system will display the student's EL Teacher of Record. |
Refusal of Services? | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > Refusal of Services | The system will Display Yes or No indicating if the parent has refused services. |
EL Service Model(s) | In | Document > [ILP] > [ELPM] > ILPProgramModels | The system will display the EL Service Model(s) the student is in. The EL Service Model(s) should be displayed on separate rows. |
EL Services Frequency | In | Document > [ILP] > [ELPM] > ILPFrequency | The system will display the frequency for the associated EL Service Model. |
EL Services Duration | In | Document > [ILP] > [ELPM] > ILPDuration | The system will display the Duration (Length Time) for the associated EL Service Model. |
ILP Progress Status | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > ILP Information > Status | The system will display the ILP Progress Status for the student. |
