Monitoring Caseload Report
The Monitoring Caseload Report is used to monitor and manage the caseloads of service providers.
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, EL Reports, and then select Monitoring Caseload Report.
Selection criteria
Includes all former English learner students.
Include only students whose ML Status (ELStatus) is Exited—Monitoring Year 1 or Exited—Monitoring Year 2. For more information, refer to English Learners.
Field description

STN/ID | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {StateID} | The system will display the STN of the student. |
First Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {FirstName} | The system will display the First Name of the Student. |
Middle Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {MiddleName} | The system will display the Middle Name of the student. |
Last Name | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {LastName} | The system will display the Last Name of the student. |
Date of Birth | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {BirthDate} | The system will display the student's Birth Date. This should display in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
Current Grade | In | Profile > Student Information > Enrollment Information > {Grade} | The system will display the student's Current Grade. |
Gender | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {Gender} | The system will display the student's Gender. |
Student Language | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {StudentLanguage} | The system will display the student's Primary Language. |
Country of Origin | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > EL Referral and Placement > {CountryOfOrigin} | The system will display the student's Country of Origin. |
Student Monitoring Status | In | Profile > English Learners (EL) > EL Referral and Placement > {ELStatus} | The system will display the student's EL Status. This report should only have students that EL Status = Exited - Monitoring Year 1 or Exited - Monitoring Year 2. |
Monitoring Process Status | In | Document > EL Monitoring Process > Monitoring Process Status | The system will display the Monitrong Process Status (status of the latest EL Monitoring process document). |
Date of Last Monitoring | In | Document > EL Monitoring Process > Document Finalization Date. | The system will display the date latest EL Monitoring Process document was finalized. This should display in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
