ML Compliance Report
The ML Compliance report monitors and ensures that schools and educational institutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to multilingual learners (MLs), also known as English Language Learners (ELLs).
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, ELL Reports, and then select ML Compliance Report.
Selection criteria
Include only students whose primary language is not English and is listed as an English Learner in their profile.
Include students who have finalized, active documents.
Field descriptions

Date of Birth | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {BirthDate} | The system will display the student's Birth Date. This should display in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
Current Grade | In | Profile > Student Information > Enrollment Information > {Grade} | The system will display the student's Current Grade. |
Gender | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {Gender} | The system will display the student's Gender. |
Student Language | In | Profile > Student Information > Personal Information > {StudentLanguage} | The system will display the student's Primary Language. |

EL Service Model(s) | In | Document > [ILP] > [ELPM] > ILPProgramModels | The system will display the EL Service Model(s) the student is in. The EL Service Model(s) should be displayed on separate rows. |
Date of Last Parent Notification Letter | In | Document > Annual Parent Notification Letter > {NotificationDate} | The system will display the Notification Date of the last Annual Parent Notification Letter. This should display in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
