• Added an additional textbox for staff to enter additional information pertaining to the frequency, duration of the services provided under the Service Delivery section of the IEP document

• The order of sections has been adjusted, specifically placing the Notice of Proposed Action - Amendment first and the IEP Amendment section after the Administrative Data Sheet section

Initial & Reeval Determination

A new Document Action has been added to prevent moving to Final if Developmental Delay is selected as the disability for a student who is not between 3 and 9 years of age. An error will now be displayed if Developmental Delay is selected for a student outside of the 3-9 age range.
