SPEDSM-125343	Student Information/Demographics	Phone numbers across the system will now follow a consistent format for better readability and alignment with SIS standards. Phone numbers will now include hyphens, following the format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
SPEDSM-126955	Eligibility Recommendation - Speech and Language Pathologist	Enabled both lookup and non-lookup entry options for the Speech and Language Pathologist under Required Participant Signatures when the Purpose is set to “Speech and Language Impairment” in the Diagnostic Assurances section.
SPEDSM-127290	Birth to 3 IFSP: Consent updates in the periodic review section	When a change in placement or services is indicated during a periodic review in the Early Intervention Services section, both Early On and Special Education consent sections are included in the Consent and Commitment section of the Birth to 3 IFSP document.
SPEDSM-131042	Transfer of Student with Disability - Part B Document - Subtest Dropdown for PSAT and SAT Assessments	An update has been made to the Accommodations and Alternate Assessments page in the Transfer of Student with Disability - Part B Document to improve functionality when selecting PSAT or SAT. A Subtest dropdown menu is now available when either PSAT or SAT is selected under “Use this for WIDA, PSAT, SAT, and District Developed assessments.” Previously, the subtest field would disappear when PSAT or SAT was selected, preventing staff from entering subtest details. Added three new ones called in the TestingAccommodation keyword table to set the Time/Schedule: Extended Time - Up to Double Time (+100%) Extended Time - Up to More Than Double Time (greater than +100%) (DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED) Extended Time - Up to Time and One-Half (+50%) With this update, staff can now select appropriate subtest options* for both assessments.

SPEDSM-133208	K-12 Nonpublic Service Plan: Signature line display toggle added	A global field, Show signature lines for K-12 Participants, has been added to allow control over the display of signature lines on the form UI based on configuration settings.
SPEDSM-133702	Revocation and notice of cessation workflow	The workflow prevents the creation of a draft RNOC document for the NOTICE OF CESSATION section when both sections are finalized. Support DocuSign is disabled, and this issue is now resolved.
SPEDSM-134076	Programs and Services Section: Case manager field update	The Case Manager field in the Programs and Services section includes five text boxes with lookup options.
SPEDSM-135281	CEPI, CEPI Birth to 3, Enrollment Records, Enrollment Security Profiles: Home phone formatting update	The Home Phone field in the Student Demographics section is formatted to align with the standard phone format required during the enrollment update process and is now fixed. Modified Update script[Copy Enrollment Record to Main Profile] for Enrollment Records (SIS import data).
SPEDSM-135321	Updated file formats for document action	Trigger criteria for the uploaded signed form now support .jpeg and .jpe file formats, in addition to .pdf, .png, and .jpg.
SPEDSM-135642	Win accommodations update for IEP, 504 Plan, and Transfer of Student with Disability - Part B Documents	WIN accommodations for IEP, 504 Plan, and Transfer of Student with Disability Part B documents have been updated to align with state guidelines, including additions to assessment names, subsets, settings, timing and scheduling, presentation, and response options.

SPEDSM-132765

Billing submission date update script

The update script sets the billing submission date to the current date when conditions are met, and the issue causing it to fail with an inaccurate error message is now resolved.

SPEDSM-134874

Service Capture Export column correction

Procedure codes are correctly categorized and no longer placed in the diagnosis code column in the Service Capture Export MeduClaim report, and this issue is now resolved.

SPEDSM-135634

Individualized Education Program, and Special Education Eligibility - Profile signature date change detection

The Consent Signature Date field in the IEP document’s Transition section now behaves as expected based on the configuration and source data:

The date is cleared automatically when the Signature Date in the Special Education Eligibility – Transition profile is empty:
- when DocuSign is ON, and Paper Copy is OFF, and
- When DocuSign is OFF.
The document action “Set data flow to Consent Signature Date field” has been updated to ensure the field is cleared correctly in these scenarios.

Note:
If the “Document will be signed via paper copy” option is selected on the cover page, the Consent Signature Date field becomes editable. In this case, staff must manually clear any previously populated date if they wish to remove it.
