The paper copy option does not display when the Digital Signature setting is OFF.

  • Displayed the checkboxes “I do agree” / “Don’t agree” when the Digital Signature (DS) is OFF and the purpose is Reevaluation.

  • added the checkboxes for I do Agree / Don’t Agree when DS is ON and Document will sign via paper copy is selected.

  • When Digital Signature is ON and the "Document will sign via paper copy" option is disabled, selecting at least one parent is now mandatory (Parent checkbox fields).

  • The user now can now sign the document while it is in Review status.

  • The Date of IEP Offer of FAPE now populates correctly when the Operating District Superintendent/Designee signs the document.

  • The Dates for Offer of FAPE and Evaluation IEP populate as expected after signing by the Operating District Superintendent/Designee, Resident District Superintendent/Designee, or both.

  • The amendment date no longer overrides the FAPE date and retains the original Date of IEP Offer of FAPE.

  • Added Other keyword value to the AssessmentCodes keyword table.

  • Now displayed correctly in the Approved Assessments and Codes field within the Early Childhood (3-5) Special Education Outcomes Summary - ENTRY/Exit document.

  • When Other is selected, a textbox appears to enter the exit reason.

  • Ensured proper data flow from the document to CEPI and Early Childhood Special Education Outcomes Profiles.

Displayed the Offered At field in the Programs and Services section of the Transfer of Student with Disability - Part B based on the Offered At behavior option settings in the template properties of the document.

Note - This field is utilized by some MI districts. By implementing this behavior option, users can take advantage of the updated Programs and Services section in the Transfer of Student with Disability - Part B document.
