Service Capture: Link Active IEP Goals

To ensure accurate service-to-goal mapping and eliminate manual entry errors, we introduced a new multi-select Goals lookup field on the Ohio Service Capture form. The lookup dynamically displays the student's active goals from the Goals student profile.

The Goals profile, introduced to centrally manage student IEP goals, allows staff to add goals manually. The lookup displays only goals marked as Active.

A goal is considered Active when its associated IEP dates fall within the current school year dates defined on the Global Profile; otherwise, it is marked as Inactive.

We've resolved a significant roadblock in the Ohio IEP process, ensuring that complex meeting scenarios no longer prevent document finalization.

• Seamless IEP Signature Validation
  To resolve issues preventing document finalization, we updated the signature page logic to correctly allow "Annual Review" meetings to include a "Change of Placement" without triggering validation errors, and added dynamic on-screen guidance that compares current and proposed LRE codes to help users select the correct signee under the correct signature section.
