Individualized Education Program (IEP)

Updated the Ohio Individualized Education Program (IEP) form to display the OCT 31 IEP Outcome Element in the LRE/Assessment section for preschool-age students.

Description & Resolution:
Previously, when editing or viewing an IEP for a preschool student ("Is the child in preschool?" = Yes), the OCT 31 IEP Outcome Element field was hidden in the LRE/Assessment section.

The visibility conditions have been updated so that the OCT 31 IEP Outcome Element is now consistently available and editable across all student profiles, including:

• Preschool students (Is child in preschool? = Yes)

• School-age students (Is child in preschool? = No)

• Newly created IEP documents where preschool status has not yet been specified

User Impact:
Users can now document and save the OCT 31 IEP Outcome Element for preschool IEPs in compliance with Ohio state reporting requirements.

Existing LRE and Assessment questions remain unaffected.
