Enhanced Data Protection with AutoSave

We know how much work goes into detailed documentation, so we've introduced smarter background saving to ensure your progress is always protected.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP): To ensure no data is lost during the creation of complex plans, we enabled AutoSave for all long-text and stylized text areas across all sections of the IEP.

  • Special Education Notices: To safeguard critical communication, we enabled AutoSave for long text fields in the Prior Written Notice (PR-01) and Attempts to Obtain Parent Participation (OP-9) documents.

  • Student Plans and Notifications: To prevent data loss during transitions, we enabled AutoSave for long text areas within the Transfer Notification and Services Plan (PR-07) documents.

  • Eligibility and Performance Summaries: To ensure evaluation data is preserved, we enabled AutoSave for long text fields in the Assignment of a Surrogate Parent (ASP) and Summary of Performance (SOP) documents.

  • Gifted Education Forms: To protect detailed evaluations and plans, we enabled AutoSave for long text fields in the Permission to Evaluate, Notice of Intent to Reevaluate, Notice of Recommended Assignment, Gifted Written Report (GWR), Gifted IEP (GIEP), Written Education Plan (WEP), and Written Acceleration Plan (WAP).

  • RTI and Intervention Documents: To streamline the intervention process, we enabled AutoSave for long text fields in the Student Interview, Student Observation Form, Developmental & Social History, Group and Individual Instruction Plans, and various Tier III meeting summaries and plans.

AutoSave functionality has been applied to all long-text and stylized-text fields in relevant documents.

Enhancement to the IEP form logic

We’ve enhanced the Individualized Education Program (IEP) form logic to ensure that the LRE and Assessment sections dynamically adapt to the student's profile based on if the student is in Preschool.

  • To solve the issue of irrelevant data fields appearing during document creation, we implemented a dynamic toggle that hides the "School Age" page area within the LRE/Assessment section whenever a student is marked as "Preschool" on the Cover Page, ensuring compliance and clarity in reporting.

Relationship column editability in the keyword table

The Relationship column in the StudentContactRelType keyword table is editable, allowing required values to populate in the Parent/Guardian Contact Information section of student profiles.

IEP: Student Signature

We've enhanced the IEP paper-copy signature process to ensure adult students have the autonomy they need throughout the documentation process.

  • To ensure adult students can properly formalize their IEPs, we added a dedicated signature line for students aged 18 and older that appears even when digital signatures are disabled.

Signature page validation issue resolved

Unchecked parent values in the student profile are properly cleared, ensuring the Signature Page section saves when the correct checkboxes are selected. This issue is now resolved.

Justifications are required only when answers to the relevant questions in the LRE Assessment section are set to false, and this issue is now resolved.

IEP: Exemptions

To resolve a saving error for 2nd and 3rd-grade students, we updated the validation logic in the Exemptions section so that marking the "Third Grade Reading Guarantee" as "N/A" correctly allows the form to be saved as complete.
