Steps to Use
Generating the AI Draft/Template:
-
Navigate to the PB for the PSSP homepage and click the Accommodations Suggestions tile.
-
The left-side panel requires you to enter the following details:
-
Grade Level: Use the drop-down list to select the grade level the student is studying in.
-
Primary Disability: One line description about the student’s disability.
-
You can use up to 50 characters to describe this.
-
-
List of student challenges: A descriptive synopsis of all the challenges the student is facing. In the section you can cover the following aspects:
-
Disability/Support Needs
-
Present Levels of Performance
-
Areas of Strength
-
Areas of Need
-
Prior Accommodations & Effectiveness
-
Current Assessment Scores
-
English Learners Status
-
Behavioral and Sensory Considerations
-
Teacher/Parent Input
-
-
The list of aspects mentioned here is only indicative and is subject to change, as per the primary disability of the student. It may vary from student to student as per the grade the student is studying in.
Using approximately 4,000 characters, write an exhaustive narrative about the student's behavior that causes disruption in the classroom.
You must strive to be as detailed and descriptive as possible, including all possible observations and scenarios that may have occurred with the student during various classroom instances.

-
Giving feedback about the AI Draft/Template:
-

-
This opens a pop-up dialog box. Add feedback by selecting the attributes and giving a verbose response about why you liked the draft. Click ‘Submit’.
-
-
If the AI-generated draft does not suit your requirements and purpose, you must click the 👎 ‘Dislike Icon’.
-
This opens a pop-up dialog box. Add feedback by selecting the attributes and giving a verbose response about why you did not like the draft. Click ‘Submit’.

Involve parents and team members when reviewing accommodation suggestions.
-
Keep the focus on student-centered supports rather than generic options.
-
Document rejected accommodations along with reasons for transparency.
