CEDARS U Profile Updates

The following fields on the CEDARS U Profile have been set as unique keys:

• Initial Referral Date

Consent to share Student Information with State Agencies

• Added a new section to the IEP for capturing consent from parents to share student information with state transition agencies.

• Added a new section called “Secondary Transition” in the Special Education Profile.

• Added “K27 - Was Consent Received to Share Information with State Transition Agencies” to CEDARS File K profile. Also updated the CEDARS File K script based on the new element added.

SPEDSM-104354

Evaluation Report

The data flow for the Eligibility Determination Date has been updated in the special education profile. Now, the Initial Eligibility date value will be added regardless of the Eligibility Outcome when the meeting type is Initial. Previously, the data only flowed for the Eligibility Outcomes 2 and 4.

We have introduced two new child profiles: Supplementary Aids and Program Modifications. These profiles will have the following fields available:

• Initiation date

• Duration

• Service

• Frequency

• Location of Services

• Staff Responsible

Updated Section 504 Profile with the following changes.

Renamed the following fields:

• Section 504 Start Date to Academic Section 504 Initial Start Date.

• Date of Section 504 Accommodation Plan to Date of Academic Section 504 Accommodation Plan.

• Date of Anticipated Review to Date of Academic Anticipated Review.

Added the following new fields:

• Medical Section 504 Initial Start Date.

• Date of Medical Section 504 Accommodation Plan.

• Date of Medical Section 504 Anticipated Review.

• Individual Health Plan Start Date.

Introduced two new keyword tables, enabling users to choose supplementary aids and program modifications from a drop-down menu. These tables are editable by admin users for future enhancements.
