The Staff Profile is the record for each employee in the district who interacts with the system, including teachers, therapists, administrators, and para-professionals. The staff profile data (with exception to Security) integrates nightly from eSchoolPLUS (eSP). If the staff’s work locations change, work email, etc., changes, the application will sync from eSP.
What is the purpose of the Staff Profile?

Acts as the single source of truth for each staff member’s details.

Controls user access rights and role-based security permissions.
Required fields are displayed using a pink highlight.
The staff record integrates from eSchoolPLUS using the “eSchoolPLUS - Staff Import (model)” layout. The following staff fields integrate from eSP. All other fields can be modified by a user within the staff’s profile and will not be overwritten by the integration process.
