Added the new Act 16 codes and descriptions to the keyword table. All prior codes will be made InUse=No.

Modified the calculation of the Eligibility Profile to exclude summer months and start the count the day after permission was received.

IEP Assessments section

In the IEP Assessment section, added repeating rows to the response, setting, and timing/scheduling columns for PSSA, Keystone Exam, Keystone Project-Based Assessment, and Validated Local Assessments.

Note: Added a new behavior option called MultipleResponseSettingandTiming. This option allows users to display or hide the repeating rows, and by default, it is turned off. To use this feature, the admin account can change the default to True.

Parent consent checkboxes appeared twice in View mode. This issue is resolved and the checkbox will appear only once.

Notice of Recommended Assignment (NORA): Added Dataflow

Added data flow from the Parent Approval field to the GX-Gifted but does not receive services field in the Gifted Profile of the Notice of Recommended Assignment document when the document is not used for digital signature.

Created a new version of the Prior Written Notice for Reevaluation document to align with the latest version from the Department of Education. However, users who prefer the current version of Prior Written Notice for Reevaluation and Request for Consent can still use it. Both versions of the document will be available for use.

Note: Districts have the ability to manage the usage of specific documents by assigning document security permissions.

Created a new version of the Request for Consent for Reevaluation document to align with the latest version from the Department of Education. Update Script: Maintain SPEnrollment Records

Modified the Maintain SPEnrollment Records script to update the Special Education Start Date in the Enter Date field of the SP Enrollment profile.

Note: If a Special Education Start Date is unavailable, the Latest Reevaluation Date will be entered in the Enter Date field. If the Latest Reevaluation Date is unavailable, the Evaluation Report Date will be entered. If none of these dates are available, the first day of the session or enrollment start date, whichever is greater, will be displayed.

Modified the update script “Maintain SPEnrollment Records” to update the actual Enrollment Entry date. Previously the script incorrectly updated the Globals. Firstdayofschool as Enrollment Entry date when Latest Reevaluation Date is prior to the Globals. Firstdayofschool.
