Sign Now Button Disabled for Re‑Added Signers | When a signer was removed from a digital signature document and later re‑added using the same name and email address, the system maintained two signer records: one marked Removed and one Active. During the Sign Now workflow, the system searched for all signers matching that name and email address, including both removed and active records. As a result, the system incorrectly determined that not all required signers were ready, causing the Sign button to be disabled and displaying a “Must be signed by [name]” message. Resolution |
