Summary

Description

French translation updates for report buttons

Report button text in the core platform has been updated to display accurate French translations.

Impersonation authentication for Google SSO

Users signing in with Google SSO can authenticate for impersonation access using a passcode or alternative authentication method.

New Feature: Transfer History report

You can now view a read‑only history of transfer envelopes for students moving into and out of your district.

What you can do

The new Transfer History view lets you:

  • See all transfer activity related to your district

  • Review transfers where student records were sent from your district or received by your district

  • View key details for each transfer, including:

    • Student identifier and name

    • When the envelope was created, sent, and accepted

    • The sending and receiving districts/workspaces

    • Basic timing between steps in the process (for example, from creation to sent, and sent to accepted)

This helps with audits, compliance reviews, and resolving questions about when records were shared between districts.

Goals copy correctly in IFSP documents

Goals now transfer to a new IFSP document when using the copy option, which is now resolved.

Transfer history retention update

Transfer history is retained for 12 months, with data values cleared instead of rows removed.

Resolved issues

Summary

Description

Email announcements formatting issue resolved

Forwarded email announcements retain the formatting applied in the announcement body when pasted from Word, and this issue is now resolved.

Opted-Out Signer Response Entry Enhancement

Previously, the system prevented staff members from entering a signer’s response for opted‑out signers when the signer’s email address was not set.

The system now allows staff to enter a response for an opted‑out signer even when no email address is associated with that signer. This improves flexibility and ensures staff can fully document signer actions regardless of available contact information.

Behavior Changes

  • When a staff member enters a response for an opted‑out signer, the signer’s status will automatically update to: “Signed, Opted Out.”

  • If an opted‑out signer does not have an email address set, the system will not attempt to send completion emails to that signer when the digital signature process is finalized.
