When a revision of a revision is created, the information from the previous IEP revision will not be carrying over to the new revision A new section called 'Prior Written Notice - Amendment' has been created. This section would be added when an IEP is revised and would be blank

SPEDSM-112427	Document: Form 504-11 Individual Health Plan	The Anticipated Reevaluation Date field calculation for Form 504-11 Individual Health Plan has been updated to consider the most recent date from the 504-5 and 504-6 documents.
SPEDSM-116409	Document: Evaluation Report	Added a prompt to notify users that the evaluation extension section has to be filled in if thirty-five school days have elapsed after the parent provided consent for an initial evaluation.
SPEDSM-118371	IEP Amendment	Modified the system behavior when an IEP revision is created to not prompt for a new authorization from parents on the 'Consent to Share Info with Transition Agencies' section, as it was already provided in the past.
SPEDSM-118798	IEP Accommodations and Modifications	The accommodations section has been made editable to describe what aspects are to be modified. This would enable teachers to ensure that the accommodations are specific and measurable to every student.
