Graduation Details

This report lists students with IEPs who exited special education and school simultaneously during the current school year under specific conditions. It focuses on students whose exit from special education was due to returning to general education or graduating with a regular diploma, and whose school exit reason was recorded as a dropout. The report helps identify cases where students transitioned out of special education and subsequently left school within the same timeframe.

Submission requirements

This report includes students with an active IEP who exited both special education and school on the same date during the current school year. To be included, students must have a special education exit reason indicating either a return to general education or receipt of a regular diploma, along with a school enrollment exit reason indicating dropout. The special education exit date must match the enrollment end date and fall between the first and last day of the school year.
