IEP - Workflow Compliance Annual Review

This report identifies students approaching their annual IEP review deadlines, highlighting those whose reviews are due within the next 50 days. It enables staff to plan and complete the required meetings in a timely manner, thereby maintaining compliance with annual review timelines.

Submission requirements

This report includes students whose annual IEP review is due within the next 50 days from the current date. Students are selected based on the number of days between today’s date and the annual review due date, being 50 or fewer.

Generate report

  1. From the Reporting menu, choose Standard report.

  2. Click IDOE Public Students Report, then click IEP Workflow Compliance - Annual Review Report.

  3. From the drop-down list, select the name of an Institution.

  4. Click Update Report with Values.
